Apartment Details

This nice apartment is independent from the rest of the villa. The views to the sea and sunset are spectacular and the roof-terrace of 68m² is totally private. The Apartment has 2 bedrooms each with double bed, 1 bathroom, 1 living-room, 1 kitchen and a big entrance. It´s located in a quiet, well kept neighborhood above Cala Vadella. Only 30 meters away there is a big and nice community pool. Down to the beach it´s a 2 minute walk. In 2014 the apartment was refurbished.

Rates

Rates are inclusive of VAT. Towels and bedlinen are included, also a weekly change of it. We charge a additional 45€ final cleaning fee and a deposit of 500€. The minimum stay for those rates is 5 nights. For rentals less than 5 nights we charge the short term rental fee of 329€  in high-season (May 22 – Oct. 01) and 239€ in low season (Oct. 01 – May 22).
